Focus on what’s in your control: your attitude, approachability, preparedness, professionalism, clear pronunciation, speaking speed, and grammar knowledge. Even if you shine in all these areas, you won’t get every job — and that’s okay. When one door closes, don’t dwell on it. Keep moving forward until you find the opportunity that values your skills.
